Humphrey Legal Services is a tightly structured management, export and international consulting corporation with domestic offices located in Alton, Illinois.

All international business transactions we engage are directed to Mark Anthony Humphrey for analysis, processing and presentation to the appropriate international contacts.  Mr. Humphrey is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and the U. S. Federal Court in the Southern District of Illinois.

Mr. Humphrey is corporate counsel for several Illinois corporations and has been under contract for services with the United States Department of Transportation since 1978. 

Mr. Humphrey has maintained a working business relationship with the International Trade Center of the State of Illinois since 1991.  He is an associate of the U.S. Commercial Service (International Affairs) and is currently a client of the World Trade Center. 

Humphrey Legal Services specializes in relations with small private manufacturers of industrial products and durable goods in the Midwest.  According to the Department of Commerce, small manufacturers are most likely to benefit from and employ the services of an EMC like Humphrey Legal Services.

Humphrey Legal Services has well positioned resources in Missouri and Illinois and can therefore keep resource costs down while providing vital personal service.

 We consult with NAFTA specialists regarding potential trade in Canada and Mexico.  We utilize the services of logistic experts and compliance officers.  Some of these specialists and officers are current and/or former officers and staff of the U.S. Customs Service,  EX-IM  Bank and freight forwarders for many regions of the world.
