Our fee for services to our clients:
- The price will be set as a fixed commission fee plus a nominal fee for retainer.*
- The charge will be 5% of the dollar volume of the transaction(s) generated through the joint effort of your company and Humphrey Legal Services.

- Retainers as low as $500.00 for single product research and analysis.

The U.S. Export-Import Bank (Eximbank) is the principal government agency that sponsors various programs to aid exporters.
Eximbank gives top priority to small business and export intermediaries such as Humphrey Legal Services in its' capacity as your export representative.
Under the conditions of the Export Trading Company Act of 1982, Eximbank set up the Working Capital Guarantee Program. This is a financing program that guarantees loans to EMCs like Humphrey Legal Services in our effort to expand your business in the foreign market.
Eximbank also provides direct loans to foreign buyers of U.S. goods, and intermediary loans to fund export expediters who extend loans to foreign buyers. Export credit insurance is also available from the Foreign Credit Insurance Association (FCIA), an agent of Eximbank.

The International Trade Administration (ITA) is a major element of the Department of Commerce. ITA's mission is to create prosperity by strengthening the competitiveness of U.S. industry, promoting trade and investment, and ensuring fair trade and compliance with trade laws and agreements.
The U.S. Department of Commerce, continues to perceive exports as their top priority. The department is actively promoting a customer service focus in its relationships with U.S. business. The Commerce Department has taken an active role in promoting trade as a means of strengthening democracy around the world. They also provide and publish contact facilitation services and material such as the Export Yellow Pages which are available free of charge.
The Small Business Administration (SBA) also has programs for export intermediaries. Regional offices sponsor matchmaker conferences and offer export counseling. Humphrey Legal Services participates in matchmaker conferences and is a client of the World Trade Center.
